Cooks behaviour was good. However, he seemed inexperienced. Food preparation was extremely delayed. Dinner got prepared after 10pm while telling him specifically we need it by 7:30-8. Also, there was huge amount of food wastage- we requested for 7 people but it was made for about 15 people+ leading to very high amount of leftover and wastage. I believe he can be trained to perform better as his behaviour and attitude were good, just that needs more experience/training. Also - if ChefKart sent 2 people instead of 1 (which was the case when we hired ChefKart last time and had very good experience) - it would have caused less stress for cook as well as for us - as I had guests waiting for 2 hours for food!
