I had very high expectations from this booking as it was my first time using Chefcart for our Diwali party, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. The assigned coordinator, Arish, was extremely unprofessional. Despite the serving time being confirmed for 8 PM, the main chef arrived only at 7:45 PM, leaving no time for proper setup or preparation. I tried reaching the coordinator multiple times, but he did not respond to any of my calls. As for the food – it was average at best. • Crispy corn was good. • Chilli potato turned out soggy. • Spring rolls were excessively oily. • The main course was quite ordinary and didn’t stand out. To add to the disappointment, my kitchen was left in a complete mess. I had to clean it 2–3 times and repeatedly asked the team to maintain hygiene, but they didn’t seem to care. Overall, not at all a satisfactory experience. Chefcart really needs to improve its coordination, punctuality, and hygiene standards.
