Chef Subhash was amazing at his work. Made amazing food everyone loved it. Especially the spring roll he made was the exceptional and instantly became a showstopper. Chilli paneer and chilli chicken was also top notch. Hariyali kebab and mutton galaouti was also mouth watering. He knows the flavors and nothing was too spicy or too mild. The spices were perfect and well balanced and suits every taste buds. He was kind and understanding as well. We booked him for 8 starters for 15 people gathering along with 1 waiter for serving purpose. Overall 5 star rating to his food and overall work. Amazing experience and we look forward to booking him again super soon. Now feedback about Chefkart service: You guys need to work a little more on customer’s experience and also to the chef. If a chef is getting booked for 8-10 menu items, he should get a helper from your end to help him with the preparations else how a single person can cook 8-10 items in a span of 2 hours because generally chef arrives 3 hours before serving time and then it take some time in chopping and managaing everything then he starts to cook after an hour in a ideal scenario. There should be a helper with the chef. Not everyone has a maid to help the chef at their house. Also, put an option somewhere for customers to choose previous chef when they are booking. It helps you also to identify which chef is a retained one and liked by customers. Also, make your app user experience better. Its very slow and doesn’t have proper user journey.
