2. Personal hygiene
Maintaining personal hygiene is essential to ensure healthy cooking. ChefKart trains their cooks always to keep their nails trimmed and filed. The organisation also provides a training kit containing hairnets, aprons, and masks. They are directed to use the kit’s components whenever they visit a home.
